This day trip lets you visit the source of the mighty river Nile. We visit the beautiful Ssezibwa falls on the way to Jinja and then continue on to go for a boat trip to the point of the source of the Nile. Your guide picks you up at your hotel in Kampala in the morning to start the journey to Jinja. Our first stop is at Ssezibwa Falls in-between Kampala and Jinja. This is a beautiful waterfall where you will take a guided walk. The falls is a culturally important spot for the Buganda kingdom and you will learn more about this during the walk. Afterwards we continue on to Jinja and you head out for a boat journey to the source of the mighty river Nile. Enjoy the beautiful nature as well as bird life along the river. We have lunch either before or after the visit to the source of the Nile depending on time. If time allows it is possible to add a visit to the center of Jinja as well.
