After your easy breakfast, our driver will pick you up from your hotel in Mombasa /Diani, and set off as you drive on Mombasa Nairobi Trans- African highway, taking beautiful sceneries along the way before making it to the iconic Tsavo East National park. Upon arrival at Bachuma gate mid- morning, your driver guide will assist with the park entry procedures, to pave way for your to your adventures in one of the most iconic park in the world. Be on the lookout for different species of wildlife including: The sight of large herds of dust-red elephants, rolling and spraying each other with mud, Giraffes, Zebras, Buffaloes, and if you’re Lucky; the Big CATS either hunting or hunted and feasting on a kill especially lions. Other features synonymous to Tsavo East are; the palm-shaded Galana River; which is one of the most evocative images in Africa, The Lugard Falls, The Mudanda Rock which is a 1.6 km inselberg of stratified rock that acts as a water catchment and the 300-kilometre-long and the Yatta Plateau- The longest lava flow in the world. You will take some time to cool off as you enjoy your lunch in one of the prestigious lodges located deep in the middle of the park, before embarking on yet another out on your afternoon game drive as you bid farewell to safari to drive back to Mombasa.
